Team Nomination Form

This form is to be completed by a representative of each team nominating for the 2026 State Road Crash Rescue Challenge.


Event Information

About: The State Road Crash Rescue Challenge is jointly conducted by the NSW State Emergency Service (NSW SES) and Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) to strengthen Road Crash Rescue cooperation and provide valuable cross-training benefit to both agencies. Other Emergency Service Organisations are invited to participate, supporting interagency capability and collaboration.
Venue: Dubbo Showground, Fitzroy Street Dubbo
Dates: Friday 1st May 2026 – Symposium Day 
Saturday 2nd May 2026 – Challenge Day 1
Sunday 3rd May 2026 – Challenge Day 2

Prerequisites: All team members (including reserves) must be a current RCR operator. The team manager does not need to be an RCR operator.

- Learning Symposium (Friday)
- Entrapped scenario pit
- Time critical/Controlled scenario pit
- Trauma Challenge pit
- CPR pit
- Industrial & Domestic Rescue scenario pit
- Workshop pits with industry experts

Nomination Process

  1. A representative from each team must complete the following Team Nomination Form. This person will be the team contact, and may add/amend team members as required. Nominations close Sunday 1st March 2026.
  2. Each Team Member will receive an email confirming the Team Nomination, and a link to update their personal details. 
  3. Teams will be confirmed and further event information will be communicated to participants by Friday 16th March 2026.

When registering each person on your team, please ensure the Team Name below is identical for all Team Members. Team Members are linked to this Team Name in the registration system. Team Members will not be able to amend this Team Name when completing or editing their nomination forms. The Team Name can be the name of your Station/Command/Unit/Brigade, or another unique name.

Team Summary

  • Select "Register" or "Next" to confirm each Team Member listed. Team Members will receive an email to complete their nomination once this step is complete. 
  • To add or remove unregistered team members, select "Edit Team"
  • To edit a team member's registration, select "Edit/View". You can substitute a Team Member using this option, by changing the Team Member's name.
  • Once Team Members are registered, they can not be removed. To cancel a registered Team Member, please email exercise.capability@ses.nsw.gov.au

When all Team Members are registered, select "Submit" to complete the Team Nomination.
